Questionnaire and online exposure check
Before visiting, I look at what anyone can find about your family: your address, past property listings, and the social media of children, staff and contractors.
Half-day site visit
Perimeter, access control, alarms and CCTV, lighting and any safe space, along with how deliveries, contractors and visitors are handled.
A conversation about routines
School runs, travel, household staff and what happens when the house is empty. Predictable routines are where most risk sits.
A clear written report
An overall risk rating and recommendations split into quick wins, the next three months and the longer term, in plain English.
Debrief and follow-up
A 45-minute call to go through the findings, then 30 days of follow-up questions by email as you put things in place.

About Frank McGowan
I spent 23 years with the Metropolitan Police, retiring as a Detective Inspector after senior investigation roles in Serious & Organised Crime, Homicide and Counter Terrorism Commands. I led international investigations into kidnap, terrorism and drug and firearm importations, including deployments in Kenya, the UAE and South Africa, working alongside the FBI, NYPD, RCMP and UAE CID.
Since 2013 I have advised corporates, high-net-worth families and prime residential developments on security, risk and crisis management, and carried out complex fraud and financial investigations for clients including KPMG.
That experience means I know how criminals choose their targets, and what makes them move on to someone else.
